Fake Summer Release Part 1
The Commander releases new music under the 'Fake' moniker on June 25th. Two new tracks will be available for download from I-Tunes, Beatport, Juno Records and other major online music outlets. Released on Percussion Records, Acid Trap and The Bounce are two slices of melodic, funky summer house destined for dance floors just about everywhere.
To celebrate the release The Commander and Rory Gaffney are taking over Monroes (side room) on Saturday June 18th for a Pre Release Party. Doors are at 11pm, door tax is €5 before 12 and €7 after. More releases, remixes and gigs are planned over the summer for Fake - stay tuned...
FAKE
FAKE makes electronic music in Galway, Ireland. Primarily comprising of Paul Cotter, (aka Commander) FAKE involves a cast of many. The sound is electronic dub/house/techno and the goal is to release and play live music that makes you want to shake something. Live shows are becoming a regular occurrence and releases are penciled in for all of 2011, so please watch this space. Much of the new music is near completion but for now we've uploaded some demo music and a video from a recent show in Galway... enjoy... and come back soon.
